Mid Week Run

Presidents Run

Meet at Prospect Hotel, Great Western Highway, Prospect. Arrive from 9am for morning tea and we will leave at 10am. We will be going to Model Park at Luddenham.
Cost will be $15 per car. 2 km train ride $3 per person (must have closed in shoes on). Slot cars are $4 for 10 minutes. All other facilities are free to watch i.e. Radio controlled planes, cars and helicopters, model trains, garden railway, tether cars, Baja buggies & ¼ model sprintcars.
This is a family day where even the smallest children will be kept busy. We will be taking the BBQ trailer and the club will be providing a BBQ lunch we will also have the flyer up so there will be somewhere to sit in between activities.
The Model Park kiosk will be open they will have pies, sausage rolls, tea & coffee etc. Also souvenirs are available.
You will need to take table & chairs, picnic set, esky, morning tea, and closed in shoes
for the train, get lots of sleep the night before this will be an active day and if you are not the active type you will be worn out watching those who are.
WET WEATHER PLAN:
If the weather is not so good, there is a plan B. Please call Wendy McKenzie on 9832-8080 to find out details if the weather is ugly. The home phone will be diverted to the mobile.
